Units (enterprises, government departments, and public institutions) shall handle the business at the counter of our bank with the bank payment vouchers printed at the tax bureau. If the settlement is made through a corporate account, the reserved seal shall be affixed to the bank payment vouchers.

Handling procedures for the withholding of social insurance premiums for employees of units (enterprises, government departments, and public institutions):

Units (enterprises, government departments, and public institutions) holding the business license (government departments and public institutions holding the certificate of public institution with legal person status) shall authorize their handlers or legal persons to bring their ID cards, official seals, and legal person seals to our counter to sign a tripartite withholding agreement.
